Of Lore Appendices

So a plan of mine is to include excerpts at the end of the work from various texts within my novels.

Such as a newspaper clipping, so not to bore the reader too deeply–I’ll include the article the character actually read in it’s entirety at the end of the book.

I’ve always found things like this to be a way to realize the fictional world a bit more.

Somethings we see in the world aren’t of interest to us. In a sense, some things like a news article, reference materiel or hypothesis,  although relevant to the plot, may not be an entertaining read. Even still, it exists and creates a more realistic world.

I shall continue with me ponderings.

One Day

So to ensure a peace is maintained, one must filter their responses toward the projected opinions of others, lest the persons relentlessly expressing their opinion become hostile.

There though is the threat of developing a tumor. Or suffering soul corrosion.

 

One day, I’ll be able to properly reflect my ideologies without threat of having my life disrupted. One day.

Little Thoughts

Lately,

• I’m trying to pick up the pieces after returning from Japan. Owe my school about 2500,gotta pay it off before they’ll help me get registered for more classes.
• News feed showing Trump’s rather forward and disrespectful actions that makes many very uncomfortable.
• Working on revisions for The Order of Nara, gonna buy Scrivener me thinks. It looks very handy to organize things, and I can keep lore and notes at the ready.
• Playing lots of Skyrim.
• Playing a bit more of Skyrim.
